The NEC panel, which is a specialist panel of the Institution of Civil Engineers, is tasked with overseeing the continuing evolution of the NEC family of contracts. It is composed of a number of experts, both in the NEC and in their relative fields, who meet regularly to decide on future priorities for the NEC suite. NEC Panel Legal Working Group

NEC Adjudicators
The Institution of Civil Engineers qualifies and appoints adjudicators to act under all forms of contract including NEC3. The ICE Register of Adjudicators was initially established in 1995 for NEC Contracts. Its remit was broadened following the introductory of Statutory Adjudication in 1998.
