Launched in February 2010 and accompanied by explanatory Guidance Notes and Flow Charts, these new documents enable NEC3 to be used as a complete procurement solution across Works, Services and Supply. 'Supply' includes supply of high risk/value goods and associated services such as transformers, turbine rotors, rolling stock, loading bridges, transmission plant and cable, process plant together with the lower risk/value goods and associated services such as building materials, simple plant and eqiuipment, stationery, PPE, manufacturing parts, components and store items.
