The NEC family of contracts: the NEC, currently in its third edition (NEC3), is a series of project management procedures. The suite is made up of 29 documents - contracts and their associated guidance notes and flow charts. The contracts can be used to procure any type of project, large or small across the areas of Works, Service and (from mid 2009) Supply. Project Support Service: we provide a consultancy service whereby we are happy to provide support to your organisation or project when choosing a new NEC contract. This service includes technical checking of tenders and contracts written by your organisation and representatives. We also offer mentoring, whereby one of our expert consultants will come in and help you through the first stages of operating a new contract under NEC3, offering help and guidance along the way.
