As well as our standard public course content, we have several in-house exclusive training sessions that can be combined with other material to enhance or focus your session. These sessions all cover critical aspects of NEC learning.

NEC3: Role of the Supervisor. This workshop is intended for those acting or intending to act as Supervisors under the NEC3 Engineering & Construction Contract (ECC) and those interested in understanding what the role involves. NEC3: ECC Project Start-up workshop. This one-day workshop is a mixture of NEC theory and practical exercises on a sample project or if preferred the actual project that the parties are working under. Its intent is that both parties jointly review the contract and carry out practical exercises revolved around Contract Data, Early Warnings, Programme, Compensation Events and Payment.
NEC3: Framework Contract. This one-day course introduces delegates to the philosophy of the NEC family of contracts and focuses on the application and rationale of the NEC3: Framework Contract when used in conjunction with the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
