Barry Trebes

Barry Trebes BSc (Hons), MSc, FRICS, FAPM, FInstCES has over 30 years of experience of consultancy advice, facilitation and training on major projects across numerous business sectors including aviation, defence, power, utilities, infrastructure, property, rail highways and water both in the UK and internationally. Barry provides NEC3 training and education, including providing NEC3 training for the ICE master classes and their Project Manager accreditation courses, He actively contributes to industry knowledge through numerous articles and is co-author of “Managing Reality” a five book set on the practical use of NEC3 ECC contracts and BS PD6079 part 4: Guide to Project management in the construction industry. He also initiated and helped to develop the first ‘in-the-cloud’ web based systems for NEC contracts named Contract Change Management (CCM) with MPS Ltd.
  Danielle Carvell

Danielle Carvell, passionate about customer service, is the Category Manager for Traffic Management Technology at Crown Commercial Service. Prior to working at Crown Commercial Service, Danielle worked in various relationship management roles for Barclays.  In addition to the ‘day job’, Danielle’s experience includes mental health befriending and work with a social enterprise which prevents youth homelessness. She has also led Inspir8tion, a group of young professionals, to fundraise for Norwich Theatre Royal’s Stage Two project; a brand new, +£3 million state-of-the-art learning, training and skills centre in Norwich. In recognition of the achievements of Inspir8tion, Danielle won the Arts in the Community Award at the 2016 Norfolk Arts Awards. Danielle continues to support her local community, mentoring an inclusive theatre company to help them achieve their ambitions for growth.
