Guidance Notes & Flowcharts

The Engineering and Construction Contract guidance notes explain the background to the ECC, the reasons for some of its provisions and provide guidance on how to use it. They cover usage of all the six A-F options. 
 
Also available are ECC flow charts which have been written to help users understand the operation of the ECC. The flow charts set out the procedural logic of the 75 clauses that be presented with benefit by flow charting.
