The Mini-MBA in Procurement combines proven-by-practice methods with cutting edge insights and strategies that will nurture your leadership and managerial skills. You will gain a wider perception of management practice through the two days’ mentor-led classroom session with practical exercises, case applications, and four self-paced eLearning modules, followed by an assessed personal and professional reflection to conclude the programme and validate your development.
The training is the next step from accreditation, building upon prior experience to take you from an effective NEC project or service manager into a skilled project leader. The course will enhance your ability to successfully deliver NEC projects by giving you a broader understanding of strategic business techniques, including opportunity identification and negotiation, influencing a performance-based culture and motivating a strong, collaborative team. In addition to helping you stand out from your peers, the Mini-MBA in Procurement can help you progress your career into more senior or strategic roles.
Book your place for one of the classroom dates above and get immediate access to the eLearning modules. A digital certification will be awarded upon successful completion of the course and assessment.
What is a Mini-MBA?
A mini-MBA is an accelerated format of an MBA, offering greater accessibility and flexibility to those looking to upskill and stand out from their peers. While not an alternative or replacement for a full MBA course, a mini-MBA provides a significant contribution to your lifelong learning without having to put your career on pause. It is a valuable addition to your CV without the time or financial investment required for a full MBA course.
