Frequently Asked Questions

Question

How should communications be managed under the Supply Contract?

Firstly, all communications which the contract requires must be undertaken in a form that can be read, copied and recorded (see clause 13.1). Secondly, ‘notified’ matters must be communicated separately (clause 13.7). Typical examples include delegations (14.2), early warnings (16.1), Defects (42.2) and compensation events (61.3).
