NEC Users’ Group Resource Hub and Helpdesk

NEC Users’ Group Resource Hub and Helpdesk

Over the years, NEC has accumulated a wealth of content and knowledge which we have shared with NEC users through our website, email communications and social media channels. We recognise the value of this content and are committed to making it as accessible and user friendly as possible.

With this in mind, we have created the NEC Users’ Group Resource Hub; an all-encompassing repository for NEC news, updates and case studies. It houses NEC documentation, FAQs, newsletters and resources in one easily accessible place.

The Resource Hub will allow the content to be easily searchable and users can review popular topics, featured articles and filter by keywords and categories.

If you are unable to find the information you need, then you can submit a query via the NEC Helpdesk where you will receive a personalised reply from one of our NEC experts. This updated system will allow users to track the queries they have submitted via the online platform and review all queries and answers that have been previously asked.

The new Resource Hub is accessible to all NEC Users’ Group members and is located alongside the NEC Helpdesk. You need to login to your account via the NEC website and inside MyNEC click on “Helpdesk” to access the Resource Hub and new Helpdesk. Non-NEC Users’ Group members are entitled to a seven-day free trial where they can access the all the resources and submit a technical query via the helpdesk. If you wish to continue access beyond your free trial, you will need to join the NEC Users’ Group.
