Term Service Contract quality management course

Term Service Contract quality management course

NEC has introduced a new one-day training course on how to fulfil the quality management function within the NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC), either as a standalone function or as part of the service manager role.

Available immediately in-house and in public classroom sessions starting in 2017, the course will enable delegates to recognise the significance of testing, defects and quality management within a TSC project. It will also help them to understand the role of the service manager in monitoring and managing quality on TSC projects.

Delegates successfully completing the course will be able to apply TSC clauses and processes to monitor and manage quality, and to select and apply techniques such as key performance indicators to measure quality and performance.

In addition they will benefit from interactive teaching, group work and case studies that will inform their learning and increase their knowledge of the TSC in practice, helping them progress towards NEC3 TSC Accredited Service Manager status.
