What are the response periods to communications under the Term Service Short Contract?
This is defined under clause 13.2. If a clause specifically requires communication to be within a defined period e.g. clause 62.1 for the submission of quotations then this will prevail. If no timescale is defined then the response is required within the period for reply (as defined in the Contract Data).
