Where is cost defined in the Term Service Contract?
Defined Cost is a defined term and is found in clause 11.2(5) this includes payments in Providing the Service and is divided into people, Plant and Materials, subcontracted work and Equipment. The definition of Disallowed Cost also needs to be considered (11.2(6))
