Hong Kong government NEC workshop attracts over 700 delegates

Over 700 delegates attended a Hong Kong government workshop in January 2024 entitled ‘Enhanced project delivery by NEC collaboration and good practice’.

The Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) of the Government of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, which celebrates its twentieth anniversary this year, organised the half day event.

CEDD director Michael Fong gave a keynote address on CEDD’s mission and commitment to enhanced project delivery. CEDD project team representatives then shared their experiences of how NEC-inspired collaboration and good practice had helped to overcome project challenges and ensure timely completion.

NEC also offer workshops throughout the year. For updates on upcoming events, visit the events page.
