NEC4 Practice Note - Modular Construction

NEC4 Practice Note - Modular Construction

NEC has a free Practice Note explaining how the NEC4 suite of contracts can be used to support the use of offsite modular construction.

Offsite construction is the manufacture of components required for the creation of a built asset that takes place remote from the site where the asset will be located.

This practice note had been prepared by Ian Heaphy and Peter Higgins.
