CDM 2015 guidance now available

Guidance for those preparing and managing ECC contracts on how to properly manage the interactions between CDM and the contract is now available.

The revised CDM regulations (The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015) came into force in April and replace the 2007 regulations.

They require a principal designer (replacing the CDM coordinator) and principal contractor to be appointed. This should be dealt with in the Works Information/ Service Information/ Scope as applicable.
