
Over 50 professionals from across the construction, project management and procurement sectors attended the NEC Hong Kong Workshop, ‘Insider’s Guide to the Programme under NEC Contracts’, held in June.
Hosted at BCLP, Hong Kong SAR, the session brought together an expert panel to provide a comprehensive overview of managing programmes under NEC4 Contracts, including available guidance and practical strategies for addressing change, managing risk, and fostering effective collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
