How do I define my brief for the Supply Short Contract?
The ‘brief’ is defined as Goods Information (clause 11.2(5)). This specifies and defines the goods and states any constraints on how the Supplier Provides the Goods. The Purchaser may change this (14.1) but doing so would be a compensation event (60.1(1))
