Running over four days and using a mix of learning material including case studies and scenario planning, this programme is designed to equip delegates with the skills necessary to be able to fulfil the role of a Service Manager in the NEC4 TSC.

NEC4 ECC PMA to TSC Service Manager Accreditation Extension

This one-day course bridges the gap between the NEC4 ECC and the NEC4 TSC, providing the knowledge and skills needed to manage service contracts effectively. This course is only for NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Managers in Hong Kong who want to expand their capability and achieve NEC4 TSC Accredited Service Manager status.

NEC4 Design Build and Operate Contract (DBOC) Service Manager Accreditation extension

Gain insight into how to use the DBOC, how to put it together, the contract strategy and how it is managed effectively. This course is designed for professionals who have completed either the NEC4 ECC Project Manager Accreditation or NEC4 TSC Service Manager Accreditation and wish to expand their expertise to include the DBOC.
