NEC4 ECC PMA to TSC Service Manager Accreditation Extension

This one-day course bridges the gap between the NEC4 ECC and the NEC4 TSC, providing the knowledge and skills needed to manage service contracts effectively. This course is only for NEC4 ECC Accredited Project Managers in Hong Kong who want to expand their capability and achieve NEC4 TSC Accredited Service Manager status.

NEC4 Design Build and Operate Contract (DBOC) Service Manager Accreditation extension

Gain insight into how to use the DBOC, how to put it together, the contract strategy and how it is managed effectively.
