The first of our practical workshops which look to demonstrate how to administer and manage the contracts. These sessions are interactive and there will be a mix of presentations and exercises to take part in.

NEC Contracts: Global Reach & NEC Awards
The last day of the conference begins with the NEC Awards ceremony, which recognises excellence in project delivery. We will then have presentations on examples of NEC projects around the world.
Dispute Resolution Workshop
Dispute Resolution Foundation Board and NEC jointly present a workshop on how to effectively avoid and resolve disputes. The workshop will discuss the dispute resolution processes and procedures embedded inside NEC. It will also consider the NEC4 Dispute Resolution Service Contract (DRSC).
The webinars will begin with an introductory session on collaborative contracting and why it is being recognised as best practice in the construction industry, followed by a session explaining how NEC is a global contract designed for use in any legal jurisdiction.

NEC South American case study: Lima 2019 and Reconstruction Authority Project
Following the success of the Lima 2019 games, NEC has been selected as the contract of choice for the UK-Peru G2G reconstruction programme. Our panel of speakers will look at how NEC will help deliver this programme of public works to help improve the country’s infrastructure following the damage caused by the El Nino climate cycle in 2017.
