The Engineering and Construction Short Contract (ECSC) is intended for use in programmes that impose only low risks on both the Employer and the Contractor. This one day training course uses a combination of case studies and presentation to give delegates an understanding of the key pre- and post-contract aspects of ECSC, as well as when and how to use this form of contract effectively.
