This instructive training course is designed to equip delegates with the skills necessary to be able to professionally manage commercial contracts and relationships using the ECC. It extracts key aspects from day three of the popular ECC Project Manager Accreditation programme to offer a  consolidated one day programme that focusses specifically on the commercial elements of an ECC project.

Commercial management is about using contract framework, such as NEC3, to deliver business objectives.

Within an NEC3 framework the role of the commercial manager is to manage a commercial plan that includes managing contracts and finances, identifying and managing risk, and resolving disputes.
