This popular programme is designed to equip delegates with the skills necessary to be able to manage a project using the Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC). The programme is part of a unique suite of accreditations for those undertaking managerial roles within NEC3 projects and contracts.

Under the ECC, the Employer is represented by the Project Manager. The Project Manager requires a strong understanding of the contract clauses and processes and their duties under them. In order to successfully administer the contract, they must:

• Issue instructions
• Maintain the Risk Register
• Assess compensation events and payments
• Manage the Accepted Programme
