The NEC4 Supply Contract (SC) is the first set of standardised terms designed for local and international procurement of high-value goods and related services, including design.
The new suite of NEC contracts enables any project to be delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards. The new suite improves flexibility, ease of use and helps to streamline processes, enabling best practice in supply procurement.
