New NEC Training Advisory Panel established

The Learning Solutions team at NEC has established a new NEC Training Advisory Panel, a strategic initiative designed to bring our customers even closer to the heart of our product development.

The panel creates a structured, ongoing channel for insight, enabling us to validate ideas early, test new concepts and shape the future direction of NEC Training with confidence.

The group is represented by members of NEC’s core customer base, bringing together participants from consultancy firms, client organisations and subject‑matter experts.

Their combined experience ensures we stay closely aligned to market needs and industry expectations.

The NEC Training Advisory Panel’s combined experience ensures we stay closely aligned to market needs and industry expectations.

Meeting a few times a year, with the first session held this month, the panel will provide practical, actionable feedback on NEC Training course improvements, potential new offerings, and broader strategic initiatives.

Our aim is to ensure NEC Training remains relevant, future-focused, sustainable and shaped by the people who use it most. Participants will help us understand market needs, emerging skills requirements and opportunities to enhance the learner experience.

As this work progresses, its positive impact and direction will be reflected in how our learning continues to evolve. We are committed to ensuring that the insights gathered represent and translate into meaningful improvements that benefit our wider NEC community.
