New three-level learning pathway launched for NEC users in Peru

New three-level learning pathway launched for NEC users in Peru

NEC has collaboratively developed a three-level learning programme for our NEC users in Peru. Over the past year, we have had the privilege of working closely with colleagues, trainers and industry professionals in Peru to shape a new country-specific learning pathway (see diagram).

The pathway is not just about courses and exams, it is about supporting people. Many professionals in Peru are new to NEC, and a clear way to build confidence step by step is desired. That is why the pathway starts with foundation training and moves into more practical courses, giving professionals the chance and time needed to grow their skills and apply them in real projects.

What makes this journey so exciting is the people driving it. Trainers in Peru have been instrumental in adapting the content, sharing real project and market challenges and creating a learning experience that feels relevant and useful. Their enthusiasm has shown us how much appetite there is to learn and apply NEC in practice.

With the pathway now in place, it is the perfect time to get involved, build your NEC expertise, and be part of the growing NEC community in Peru.
