International usage of NEC Digital

UK Y Clauses

NEC Digital contains all NEC4 contracts, including all core clauses. Also provided are additional clauses, known as Y (UK) clauses, to comply with regulatory and financial requirements for construction projects in the UK.

International Y Clauses

Please note, NEC Digital now includes region-specific Y Clauses for Australia, Ireland and Northern Ireland. Users can now access the relevant contract data, guidance and clause content directly within the platform, reducing the need for custom drafting and making it easier to prepare contracts that reflect local requirements. Work is underway to add country-specific secondary Option Y clauses for Singapore, New Zealand and Peru.
